As the year draws to a close, we at Decaliber want to express our gratitude for your support throughout 2023. It’s been an incredible year, and now it’s time for us to take a well-deserved break! From now, (Wednesday, December 20th) until our return on Wednesday, January 3rd, Decaliber will be closed and in holiday mode.

While our workshop won’t be processing or shipping new orders during this festive interlude, you’re absolutely welcome to place them! Just a heads-up: these orders will be handled and fulfilled starting from January 3rd. Please bear in mind there may be a backlog of orders from the holiday closure. While we’ll strive to swiftly catch up on these orders, a slight delay might be expected as we ensure each sticker and decal receives the attention to detail Decaliber is known for.

Our usual customer service channels will be intermittently monitored during this period. However, please anticipate slightly longer response times than usual due to the festive season. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to address your queries and concerns as promptly as possible.
