Christmas is almost here, so this is a quick last-minute update on ordering, posting dates and our Christmas closure at Decaliber.
β° Last day open before the holidays
Our final day posting orders this year is Friday 19th December.
UK orders placed before 9am on Wednesday 17th may still arrive in time for Christmas, as all UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. At this point, however, nothing can be guaranteed.
If your order absolutely must arrive before Christmas, the only guaranteed option is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which must be selected at checkout.
π International Orders
For international orders, Christmas delivery is very unlikely now. Postal services are extremely busy, and delivery times are unpredictable. Orders placed at this stage should be assumed to arrive after Christmas.
π Christmas Closure
Decaliber will be closed from Friday 19th December for the Christmas break.
Any orders placed after 9am on Friday 19th December will not be dispatched until we return on 5th January.
We expect a backlog of orders when we reopen, so some orders may not be dispatched until the 6th or 7th January in a worst-case scenario.
