Returning an item
If your order has arrived damaged, incorrect or doesn’t match the description please contact us before proceeding with a return. If however the order has arrived and is correct and accurately described you can go ahead and return it to us in an unused condition within 60 days of the purchase.

1. Package your item(s). We recommend re-using the package the item(s) came in. If you no longer have the original packaging then try your best to package the item(s) safely and securely. Do not fold any stickers or decals to make them fit in a package, as this can damage them. Rolling them up if they are too large with the sticker showing on the outside is preferable.
Then on the packing slip that came with your order please write, “Return for refund” at the top and put that in with your package. If you don’t have the original packing slip please include a note with the same “Return for refund” as well as your name, order number and email address.
*Customers from outside the European Union should mark the outside of the package with ‘RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE’.
2. Your original packing slip should already have our address on a sticky label at the top left. Just attach that to the outside of the package and post it back to us. Make sure to get some form of proof of postage so we can make sure you’ll receive your refund.
If you don’t have the packing slip that came with your order anymore you can write the following address on the outside of the package.

3. When we receive the sticker we will refund you back to the original payment method used. (Please note we can not cover the cost of your return postage if the order arrived as described.)
